Your advisor can help you understand what is working, what needs improvement and what digital tools or systems could help your business become more efficient, visible, secure or productive.
This is not about overwhelming you with technology. It is about helping you make practical decisions to take the best next steps for optimising your business.

Cost and access to one-to-one digital advisory support
One-to-one digital advisory support is available for a one-off upfront cost of $110 (including GST). Each eligible small business (identified by unique ABN) can access up to 5 hours of support once over the life of the program, which runs until March 2030. You can use as little or as much as your business needs.
If your business needs more than 5 hours of advisory support, your advisor can discuss additional options available at standard commercial rates, separately from the Digital Solutions program.

After your one-to-one digital advisory sessions
As part of the Digital Solutions program, you will be asked to complete a short satisfaction survey after accessing advisory support. This is a standard part of the program and helps monitor and improve the quality of support delivered.

Yes. The program is available across metropolitan, regional and remote areas of Queensland, the Northern Territory and Western Australia. Where face-to-face delivery is not practical, support can be delivered by video call or phone.

Your advisor can help with websites and online presence, social media and digital marketing, e-commerce and online sales, business software, AI tools and automation, cybersecurity and data privacy, customer management systems, and digital workflows and productivity.
