Build your digital skills through practical learning sessions designed for small business owners across Queensland, the Northern Territory and Western Australia.

Sessions are available at no charge to participating small businesses and participation is unlimited over the life of the program.

Digital Solutions workshops, webinars and online tutorials help small business owners build confidence and capability in key areas of digital business. Sessions are practical, small-business focused and designed for different levels of digital maturity. Each session is labelled as Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced so you can choose the support that best matches where your business is right now.

We are committed to making sessions accessible and inclusive for all small business owners, including First Nations and culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) business owners. Contact us if you have specific access needs or would like to discuss what is available in your area.

Interactive workshops are delivered face-to-face wherever possible and give you the opportunity to learn, ask questions and apply digital concepts to your business. Workshops are available across metropolitan, regional and remote areas of Queensland, the Northern Territory and Western Australia. Each workshop is labelled by skill level: Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced.

Webinars provide flexible access to digital learning, especially for businesses that cannot easily attend in person. They are ideal for regional and remote businesses, busy operators and anyone wanting topic-specific support without travel. Join from anywhere across Queensland, the Northern Territory or Western Australia.

Self-directed online tutorials allow you to learn at your own pace and revisit key topics when you need them. Tutorials are available through our online learning management system and cover a range of topics across all skill levels.

Workshops, webinars and online tutorials are provided at no charge to participating small businesses. Participation is unlimited over the life of the program.

As part of the Digital Solutions program, you will be asked to complete a short satisfaction survey after attending a session. This is a standard part of the program and helps monitor and improve the quality of support delivered.
