Funded digital advisory support for your small business
The Digital Solutions program, funded by the Australian Government, helps small businesses build practical digital capability with support from experienced business advisors.
Through the program, eligible small businesses can access no-cost workshops, webinars and online learning to help improve the way they use digital tools, systems and technology. In addition, for a low cost fee of $110 for up to 5 hours, (or at no cost depending on your financial circumstances), you can also access one-on-one digital advisory support with a mentor.

Practical digital support, without the commercial consulting price tag
Running a small business is demanding. Finding the time, confidence and right advice to improve your website, social media, software, online sales, AI tools or cybersecurity can feel overwhelming.

BUSY Business deliver this support across Queensland, the Northern Territory and Western Australia. You do not need to be tech-savvy to get started. Our advisors will meet you where you are, help identify your priorities and guide you through realistic next steps for your business.

How Digital Solutions Works to Support Your Business Success
A simple pathway to get started and take action:
Step 1
Book a Digital Discovery Call.
Complete the Digital Intake Form so we can understand your business, current digital capability, and key priorities.
Step 2
Meet with a Digital Advisor.
Work one-on-one with a Digital Advisor to explore opportunities, identify practical improvements, and develop a tailored Digital Action Plan aligned to your business goals. This optional service available for a one-off upfront cost of $110 (including GST).
Step 3
Access Digital Support Learning and Resources.
Use your advisory sessions and access workshops, webinars and online resources designed to help improve your digital capability. After accessing services, you’ll also be invited to complete a short feedback survey as part of the program requirements.

Why Digital Capability Matters More in Regional Australia
A tradie in Townsville who gets their Google presence sorted can stop relying entirely on word-of-mouth. A retailer in Rockhampton with a working online store isn’t limited to foot traffic. A service provider in Darwin can compete for customers they’d never have met otherwise.
We know the digital advice on offer in regional and remote areas has historically been patchy at best: too expensive, too generic, or delivered by someone who has never run a business outside a capital city. Our advisors understand the real-world constraints.
Our Partners
We work with a range of partner organisations to support small businesses with connected services.
Digital Solutions is funded by the Australian Government. This project received grant funding from the Australian Government. Eligibility criteria, service availability and program requirements apply.
