BUSY Business to Deliver Digital Solutions Program for Small Businesses Across Queensland, Northern Territory and Western Australia

Four adults, three men and one woman, stand outside a metal building holding folders, chatting warmly and smiling.

BUSY Business, a specialist small business services initiative established by The BUSY Group, has been appointed to deliver the Australian Government-funded Digital Solutions program across Queensland, Northern Territory and Western Australia from 1 July 2026.

Built by former and current small business owners, BUSY Business provides practical, experience-led advice to help businesses navigate challenges, embrace opportunities and build long-term capability. Through the Digital Solutions program, BUSY Business will expand this support by helping small businesses confidently adopt digital tools, technologies and systems that improve productivity, strengthen operations and support sustainable growth.

Backed by nearly 50 years of experience delivering employment, education and training services across Australia, The BUSY Group brings a strong track record of supporting individuals, communities and businesses to succeed. BUSY Business combines this experience with real-world business knowledge to deliver accessible, practical digital support tailored to the needs of today’s small business owners.

The program offers flexible delivery through workshops, webinars, online learning resources and personalised one-on-one advisory services, making expert support accessible regardless of where businesses are located.

The program has been designed to support businesses at every stage of their digital journey, from those just getting started through to more advanced users. It also aims to improve access to digital capability support for First Nations businesses and Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) small business owners.
